Joe Dempsie was a 2024 editorial shoot for Head Above the Clouds, and the brief called for considered menswear portraiture that balanced fashion with genuine character, so the work was built in a controlled studio environment with a textured neutral backdrop that kept all the focus on the subject and the clothing, and the shoot moved across a range of looks from navy leather to soft knitwear to light tailoring, with the framing shifting between full-length and tight crops that drew out the texture and detail of each piece, and the lighting stayed warm and precise throughout, giving the final series a polished, quietly intimate feel that worked well as a fashion editorial.
